FloristFlow is business software for florists, operated by Penelope's Flowers / FloristFlow ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate business details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your organisation account, including staff you invite.

Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Free and lifetime calculator tiers are described on our pricing page. Shop checkout payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of each florist; FloristFlow is not the merchant of record for customer flower orders.

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or use FloristFlow to spam customers. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

You keep ownership of product photos, prices and customer data you upload. You grant us a licence to host and display that content so the service works (for example your shop pages and order emails).

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve FloristFlow. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features.

FloristFlow is provided as a business tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profits, indirect loss, or issues arising from third party services (payment providers, email delivery, hosting). Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

You may cancel a subscription from your account billing portal. On cancellation, paid features end at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
